These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between aman69 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers an account on, or otherwise uses the online gaming platform operated under the domain aman69.click (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not have previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated for violation of these Terms.
• You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of alcohol or substances at the time of placing wagers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or any other online gambling platform operated by the Company.

To access the Platform's real-money services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details to ensure they remain accurate at all times.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifecycle of your Account is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of Account Balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any other Account credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised the specific action.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify the Company immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. The Company will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account prior to such notification.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. If the Company identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual — whether based on matching personal details, shared device identifiers, IP address, payment methods, or other identifying information — the Company reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, cancel any pending bonuses, and retain any balances pending investigation.

The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq cash deposits. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on your behalf by another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as third-party in nature may be voided and the funds returned to the originating source.

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. The Company may require you to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All Account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and bet limits are denominated in MYR unless expressly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.

The Company offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific Bonus Terms communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Bonus Terms of a specific promotion, the Bonus Terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from X10 to X30 depending on the promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is typically MYR 250–500. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all Games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games and live dealer games typically contribute 10–20%. Certain Games may contribute 0%. Check the Bonus Terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the stated claim window, or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated usage period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation), will be forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain bonuses carry a maximum cashout limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. Winnings exceeding this limit will be removed from the Account at the time of withdrawal processing.

The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus — and to close an Account — if it determines, in its sole and reasonable judgement, that a Player has exploited, abused, or attempted to exploit or abuse any promotion. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim single-player bonuses, using bonus funds exclusively on low-volatility outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or engaging in coordinated bonus exploitation with other Players.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform must represent genuine personal decisions based on your own judgement and risk appetite. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, or compatibility with any specific device or operating system.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in this clause shall limit the Company's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction in respect of matters involving intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or urgent relief.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

The version of these Terms applicable to any dispute shall be the version in force at the time the relevant events giving rise to the dispute occurred, except where an updated version expressly supersedes prior versions in respect of such disputes.
